I have been a sporadic bedwetter since childhood, and had managed to keep it a secret from friends and housemates until just awhile ago when my ex-housemates caught me changing my bed in the morning. I was hurled with a tirade of abuse, and was called a disgusting, filthy retard among a multitude of other things. On top of this, I came home from going out later that day to find that my housemates had replaced my bedsheets with a tarpaulin. Prior to me ceasing all contact with them recently, they took great glee in telling all our mutual friends what i'd done and how filthy and disgusting I was. What can I do?

Hi Everyone this is a great site , I have a problem with wetting my bed also pooping my pants if i cant get to the bathroom in time....I mean quick!! Its embarrassing!! But I dont want to give into diapers ...guess im being stubourn huh? but it would save some embarrassmet i guess. I dont want anything bulky what kind to get???? I dont even know where to begin !!there expensive too!! Wow a 48 year old man still poops and pees his pants !! but i dont try and let it get me down !! Im divorced 3 years now and hope to find a girl with the same problem !! I have a little problemI wet the bed at night and also sometimes go incontinent during the day (especially when I get really stressed out - when I go away on my own most of the times I wear incontinent pads just incase, like when I went to Birmingham, London & Cardiff on my own). In addition to this I also have Asperger's Syndrome (Autistic disorder)The problem I have is, next week I'm going on a practice expedition for the D of E. The organiser knows of my problem at night but I don't tell anyone about my problem during the day (except Autism Initiatives know and everyone on this bulletin board). Now I'm really concerned about what happens if anything causes me to wet myself whilst walking (most things scare me really easily, dogs, cows, bulls, insects, etc, etc.) I'm thinking of lining my underwear with a pad just incase. Should I tell the D of E organiser about this or does he not need to know? It will be quite easy for him never to know as I can get rid of it with the night time waste.I need some advice by Tonight as I'm going on Monday morning. Any advice appreciated.Thanks.

I used to wet the bed every nightuntil I was 10 now every now and then I wet the bed so I started wearing plastic pants over my underpants. Anyone else ever do that

I would like to talk to anyone in my age group that wears as i'm very shy about me wetting myself. I know if i get to know others i'll open up. I've been wearing since childhud but its still hard to come to terms with at my age. Don't know if other people had the same promblems but i had a girl frind. She did not what to know me at all when i told her that i had to wear nappies or pads. Today while out taking a walk, my diaper let me down i had a compleat bladder loss. now normaly my pull ups hold it no problem but for some reason this particular one leaked, the front of my shorts got soaking wet. Of course i headed straight for home, but a lot of people saw my wet shorts the comments i got was to say the least cruel. i got home feeling very stupid and mad i guess iam just unloading here sorry, but any advice/ comments would be welcome. (because of the heat i was not wearing my plastic pants)

Hi I am a man of 29 and i still wet the bed.I have to wear big size nappies (diapers) at night and i always wake up wet in the morning.I have a girlfriend who doesnt know i still wet myself as we dont sleep together yet and i am dreading to tell her when the time comes what should i do???I have a weak bladder which cant be cured so i have to wear nappies at nightime.

Hi just discovered this site. Iam incontinant due to a very small bladder allso i have a bowel problem (just weak muscles) so i wear diapers/rubber pants 24/7. Its good to know iam not alone so i would like to ask for some advice. I have no trouble meeting girls but as soon as they find out iam incontinant there not interested in going out any more has anyone got some advice i mean ideally i would like to meet someone who has the same problem has anyone had this problem.
