Hi, We bought a Malem Ultimate for our 8yr old son who is a VERY HEAVY sleeper. After made the purchase one day we were riding in the car alone together and I explained how it worked my son actually said "Thanks for trying this Dad" He was very excited about it the day it arrived and we changed no eating or drinking habits. He went 2 times the first couple nights but the alarm goes off so early into the urination that it makes them stop and be able to finish in the bathroom and the sheets do not even get wet! He started going only once a night for about 2 more weeks and by week 3 he was dry 4 nights in a row!! He began asking if he could "try to make it" without the alarm. We decided it would be OK even if it ended with him wetting but it's now been 3 months and not one single wet night! It REALLY is the best investment we have made to help solve this problem. We had our doctors run physical tests, went to a urologist to see if there was any problems and at his suggestion we even purchased an expensive book and tried it's methods for months with wet pull-ups every night. I can't say enough good things about this Malem Ultimate. We actually have half of a pack of Pull-ups that are not ever going to be used and I am actually glad we wasted that money :-) Good luck with your child to anyone in our position and if you read the testimonials at the Malem site ...
