She's already seeing a psychologist and is doing better for it. But this is really getting her down. We've tried all the obvious, no drinks after 6pm, waking in the night, but she struggles to sleep anyway so I don't like to wake her once she's managed it. I'm not going to suggest nappies to her. If she decides on her own that's what she wants then fine. I have decided to talk to her about putting a sheet on her bed though, just for convenience sake. I just know she's going to be upset by the conversation since she already feels really bad about it. She won't even let me wash the sheets, insists on doing it herself the minute she gets up. Thanks for the advice though.
