The Attends brand has been sold to a company called Paper Pak, the quality has changed, and the diapers are now marketed to institutions like hospitals and nursing homes. If you really want to stick with disposables, try Molicares from www.abaip.com. Their super thick is probably the most absorbent disposable diaper you can get in the U.S. I do agree with JenniferK that cloth diapers are about the only way to keep the bed dry, but I disagree with treating a bedwetting child like a baby. I am a long time bedwetter myself and I use prefold diapers that I ordered from www.adultclothdiapers.com. One of their night weight diapers will usually get me through the night with no leaks, but for the occasional leak I also use a bed pad from www.becksclassic.com. Their 34x42 size is large enough to be in the right position even if I move around during the night. The bed pad would be a good investment if you stay with disposables as well. Cloth diapers are expensive to purchase initially, but they are less expensive than disposables over the long term. You should compare prices of cloth diapers and plastic pants to good disposable diapers, estimate how long you think your son will need them before he stops wetting (if you have any clue), and then decide what you think is best.
