Reply from Tom, Child's Age 10/15/19 - 11/17/02 - IP#: 62.252.32.6Dear LAYLA, your strict toileting regime can have the reverse effect as to what you hope to achieve you have a 7 yr old who is growing up possibly she needs reminding that she needs to go to the toilet but she does not need someone looking over her all the time while she is going to the toilet she needs to be given a bit of independance and responsibility for her own actions! as I said you need to sit down with your 11 year old daughter seperate from the 7 yr old and spend time with her on her own make her feel importantshe is jealous of the younger child( you have sibling rivalry here!what you can do so can I,So to speak !tell the yoiunger one that the older one got a feew problems and leavebit at that dont be drawn into explanations! best wishes,Tom |
