Reply from michelle, Child's Age 11 - 11/11/02 - IP#: 208.12.112.69Since Halloween my daughter has adjusted to diapers very well, not suprising since she wanted to wear them. I gave her a choice for her birthday. If she wants to stay in diapers, then i'll have to consider her as a baby and she'll be treated as such while she's at home and partially while away from home. She'll have a nursery as her bedroom, a crib will replace her bed. must use a bottle and pacifier. Must use only the diapers for the full year, meaning the toilet's off limits. When we go places, a diaper bag has to be brought and she won't be allowed to "hide" the fact that she's wearing a diaper, she has to feel ok with others knowing and/or finding out. I gave her this choice thinking that she might decide to cancel the idea of wanting to wear diapers again, but if she decides that a year in diapers and being treated as a baby again is what she wants, then at least she has the rules up front. since her birthday is soon, I gave her until wed this week to give me her decision so I can set up her new room in time for her birthday. |
