Further to what I wrote already,I think cloth diapers and plastic pants dissapeared from the stores in most countries at least 10 years ago,and can only be bought from specialist outlets,several of which advertise on the web,but are usually U.S.A. based,or sometimes in England.Apart from the convenience of disposables,there is obviously big profit in this business for the producers,and in any case,most paediatricians were against plastic pants for babies anyway as they are uncomfortable and can cause diaper rash,especially when parents used them as a cop-out for not changing diapers regularly!
