Molicare is one of the most absorbent disposable diapers available in the U.S. and makes an extra small brief for children. You can only get them through mail order, one source is www.abaip.com but there are also others. No disposable diaper is completely leakproof at night because none of them have much padding on the sides and can leak if the wearer sleeps on his side. It sounds like your boys are heavy wetters, maybe more than once during the night. I would go for a thick prefold cloth diaper and plastic pants. They are expensive to buy but cheaper in the long run. If you read many of the posts here, you will see that lots of parents use cloth diapers for their kids, just look at Joan's response to Mike below. They are just so much more reliable for keeping the bed dry.
