This can cause bedwetting because there is no room for the bladder to fill because of the large mass of stool. It causes soiling because only liquid stool can get around the large mass of backed up stool. Examination of her abdomen by a doctor will confirm this, and the doctor will then take measures to clean out the backed up stool and prevent it from occuring again.
