Reply from Bill, Child's Age no child - 4/7/02 - IP#: 169.207.194.109Hi Dave: I agree with what you said about kids and not putting diapers on them, I'm 52 years old and have never been married and the reason for that is because I was a bedwetter as a child,and my Dad punished me for my bed wetting. I was the baby of 7 kids some of my brothers wet the bed but they out grew it at an early age,I was the only one that wet till I was about 16 or so. My Dad would make me sit on the toilet in the morning with my daiper and pants over my head,He would also make me wear a bib at dinner time. My sister told me I was in diapers till I was 4.5, I was just slow I guess. But as an adult I have had prolbems copeing with life,that treatment I recieved from my father was scareing. I to was wearing diapers as an adult because of my mother makeing me wear diapers to bed till 15 or so,and I never ever had a sleep over or had been to one in my life. I have been seeing a phyoc now for 10 years and it's just now getting better.so yes I agree this hurts kids. I think a child should be loved not humulated for wetting at night. wmb62@hotmail.com |
