I found that the attends or depends were nice and thick and made lots of noise when walking in the daytime. They have a plastic covering on the outside. They supply lots of bulk between the legs which is a good reminder for them. I sometimes stripped the plastic off the diaper and put on a cloth diaper and put the plastic from the diaper over that and then plastic pants over that. I would take her out that way and it made a ton of noise especially under a dress. We were very strict with her on wearing them and she had to come with us when we went out. We did not care if you could see a little bulkieness under the dress. When she was at home we would call her every half hour of so and do a finger diaper check which she did not like. With us just drawing attention to the diaper was enough embarrasment to have her try harder. She has been dry now since 11ys old. We do keep the plastic pants and diapers on her closet shelf for just incase--- she wets she's back in them. Judy |
