Reply from Bonnie, Child's Age 5 & 7 - 3/13/02 - IP#: 209.240.222.130I have read all the messages posted about using diapers and rubber pants or disposables or what have you. Ny two are younger than the rest of yours and they are girls. I just started using Motherease bedwetter pants on my oldest one who's 7. My 5 yo still wears diapers and rubber pants and she is not at all bothered by it. If I don't put pj's on her she will go into the living room clad only in diapers and rubber pants and sit and watch tv until bed time. The 7 yo until a few weeks ago also wore diapers and rubber pants. She is more modest and always wears pj's. I use protection only at night times not for car trips or anything involving being away fom home. I have in the past used diapers and rubber pants during the day if they are sick in bed. Because when they fall asleep they will wet their pants. Both my husband and I feel that it is better to have the kids wear protection at night and let them get a good nights sleep. My husband wet at night until 9 and I and my sister and brother wet at night until the age of 10. So hopefully sometime around 9 or 10 the kids will stop wetting the bed. My 2 cents |
