You should immediately force him to wear diapers every night and begin moving towards having him wear them during the day too. During the day, you would have him wear them (at first) for car trips and "special occassions" then move towards wearing a diaper to the grocery store etc. Soon, you will have an 18 year old baby who is dependent on you. That seems to be the goal here. I'm a 40 year old bedwetter who's parents went this route. Now I wear diapers as often as possible, even though I only need them at night.
