Reply from maryann, Child's Age 8 - 3/6/02 - IP#: 152.163.207.74Sandra we went thru the same thing,assure your son that he is not a baby.we made a deal with our son try the diapers for a month and we'll see how you feel after that. What I did was get him ready for bed earlier every night and let lounge around a watch tv,I even let him have a drink while watching tv which was a no no prior to him being diapered so he saw a benafit to being diapered now he could have drinks in the evening.The first couple of days I changed him as soon as he got up,then I started to let him have breakfast I his diaper and would change him after that,soon he was leaving the table and watching tv until I reminded him he had to be changed. You'll see he will get used to them Good Luck. |
