First of all, if he has primary enuresis, he should have never been out of diapers at night at all. At his age now, putting him back into them should be up to him - let him know that he would be more comfortable at night with the diapers but don't force them on him. If he tries them he will probably decide that they are better than a wet bed. You should definitely let him know that you wet the bed until you were 14 because that will let him know that he is not alone, that you have been there too and can relate to his problem. He will probably trust your advice because of that.
