Does he have any Physical,Psycological (excuse spelling),or learning difficulties. It just seems a little unusual for someone of this age to be doubly incontinent,if there are no problems. Why do you assume he will neglect himself if you do ask that he take charge of his own changing ? How does he cope when you are not around eg at School,or if he is out somewhere ? It may be what he needs. |
