Your child could have backed up bowel movements (constipation). My boy did. His intestine were so dilated from the backed up BM's that there wasn't room in his belly for his bladder to fill so he wet. And the dilated intestine caused his stool to be liquid and squirt around the backed up BM's so that he soiled his underware all the time. Our pediatrician prescibed enemas and changing his diet to more fiber and drinking lots of water. This has stopped both the wetting and the soiling.
