Hi Marsha & everyone else. This reply is not about my daughter, but about myself. I'll be turning 30 on 9-1 & I still wet the bed. On days where I try to drink 6 glasses of water, I do so by 3 or 4 in the afternoon & I still have an accident. On days where I barely even drink 2 glasses, I can MAYBE get away with a dry bed. I can tell you that this condition is the most humiliating and humbling. I don't know when my mom tried to potty train me, but, I can remember as early as 5 or 6 getting up to change my linens in the middle of the night. I was spanked in the beginning because of it...but as the years went on...it really was not worth it, I suppose. I am going to my doctor this month & I'm praying he'll be able to help me in some way...I'm dreading even speaking of it. He will be the 1st person I discuss this with. I just wanted to reply to your msg because this may be a condition your son will deal with his whole life. As someone who does wet the bed, I can tell you not talking about it is our way of being in denial.
