My daughter goes to sleepovers all the time. how I manage this is when it is time to get dressed for bed, which the changing of clothes should be done in private anyway, she slips on her Pull-up or whatever brand she has, puts on her pajamas, and noone knows the difference. I always include a plastic grocery store bag in her overnight bag for her to put the used pullup in. In the morning, when she changes out of her pajamas, again in private, she simply puts the used pullup in the plastic bag, then into her suitcase. Noone thinks it bad of a child for wanting privacy in dressing or changing clothes. Sometimes it is wise to take the parent of the child your child is visiting with aside and explain the situation, and most times the parent will facilitate your child's ensured privacy when it is time to get ready for bed. I always make sure my daughter has pajamas that you can't see the pull-up through. Your child should not miss out on life's adventures such as sleepovers because of a problem she cannot prevent. I hope I have been helpful to you. GOOD LUCK!
