Reply from Deirdra, Child's Age 7 - 2/28/03 - IP#: 64.110.194.133Hi this is the first time that I am posting or replying to anything on this board but I wanted to say that as a youth bed wetter it can be very frustrating and she is lucky to have people who care about her. I was wondering if she has experianced her first period. I know that my bed wetting stopped then. I know that your post was some time ago but I felt I had to say something as I went through it all....the machines and sleep pants and all that. As she's gotten older is she sleeping more deeply maybe....I know that was also a part of my problem. I know that I didn't really have much advice in this matter but I am now 25 and the inpact of bed wetting still affects me as an adult. In a good way it has made a more compationate person to the frustration that a kid can feel in this matter. I hope that things have gotten better in the past few month for you and yours. |
