There are several things to consider here. First of all I assume that the swimming is part of a PE class and she is not on a swim team or anything competitive. You might try to get a doctor's excuse or just talk to the principal and get her excused from it for medical reasons. There are no diapers I know of that are designed to contain urine when worn in a swimming pool. The diaper will quickly become waterlogged, very heavy, and sag terribly. It may even come apart and leave particles in the pool. On the other hand, urine is sterile unless you have a urinary tract infection. Contrary to popular belief, peeing in the pool does not contaminate the water, the chlorine is there to protect against fecal acciddents. My recommendation would be to tell her to use the toilet just before entering the pool area and then if she does need to pee later, try to do it while she is actually in the water. It won't hurt anything and hopefully no one will notice.
