I would assume that you live in the UK since you use the term "nappies" instead of diapers. Not being British I may not get this entirely correct, but I have read that there are continence nurses in almost every locality to help people with incontinence issues. They may be able to offer some help for your daughter. You said you have already tried everything but you didn't mention medications. There are several available that might help to at least reduce the frequency of bedwetting. If you really have tried everything and nothing works, then nappies may be the only thing left. I know it can be frustrating to deal with every night but just try to keep her dry and comfortable until she eventually outgrows it.
