hello every one hows it going??? well ive been cutting back at wetting and i love it that im finally done wetting every night!!! ive cut back to about 2-3 times a week. My secret is a bladder excersice i tried which is put on a diaper and drink lots of fluid before bed time and when you have to go stand in front of the toilet and hold as long and as hard as you can but when you start to wet sit down on the toilet to get used to it. If you know any other good bladder excersices please tell me and also let me know of some good diapers to use for light wetting that arent goodnites and happy new years!!!!!!!!

i also want to say something els to those who say they get changed in public places,, whats wrong with your parents,, they are abusive if they change you in public places where others can see you i mean,, thats wrong,, now if u liek it,, its wrong er ( if thats a word but you know what i mean).tai and i are 16 as u know, we change are little brothers sometimes, but its not in the middle of a intersection on rush hour in New York. its in a the car ( minevan ) or in thos diaper stations,, even though they love to run aroudn naked,, we still dont purposley show off their privates,, i damit,, we were liek that when we were 9 yr olds, i admit again, we do it now,, but not on a regualr bases or in middle of a food mart or wallmart, ( you know what i mean, we dont sit down , get undresed and start runin aroudn naked all the time). its more like geting comfy with a blankit or skiney didpign with friends in are pond,, ( is there ne thign wrogn with skiney dipping with friends as logn as u do it clean )?

HEllo everyone, logn time sence we ben here, just wanted to say we are doign great, ( for those who care at all ) we now wet 1 time a week at night. long car trips are diffret. also,, i wanted to say,, my twin and i help each other get changed all the time,, we are not help less liek others say the are by saying they cant change them selves, i mean,, look at us,, we are 3 foot 8 tall and we change are sleves, my lil brothers are 9, and they change them sleves most of the time. we admit, we change each other sometimes, for liek when we are sick or tired or something. but sence we have ben gettign better, we are not in diapers ne more, we use huggies pullups on car trips and have good nights at night..we admit, we do get changed by are parents, but its not a every time thign more liek when we are asleep or something, for those of you who dont know, tai and i are identical twin boys, we are 3 foot 8 now and had a dificult birth ( in other words, we almost died several times and because fo that we are very small)i foudn out over christmass, takre is a nick name for are conditions,, its not a medical name or ne thing,, we always thought it was a medicla thing. but im sure somethign liek that has happend to soem of you kids, teens , adults. well i love to chat more, email me if u woudl liek to chat or if u want to say ne thign to us,, ( i dont make fun of others who use diapers, never did , never have and never will). tkandtaikamiya@yahoo.com

I have wet the bed for almost 5 yrs now I started after my mom died and Ive been pretty much a total head case sense. I mean thats what the shrink says is my problem with wetting the bed not that there is anything wrong with my body. But i read time after time here about this guy or that girl getting "changed by their mom or dad " or getting changed by their mom or brother or dad at the mall"??? who are you people because there is no way that anyone my age or older (or even younger down to like 10 ) would ever ..and I mean EVER let their mom or dad change them at all let alone at the mall are you crazy ??? thats the easiest way I have to tell who the posers are you guys or men or lurkers or whatever plxz leave us alone here and let us deal with our own issues without other kids getting confused by some of the dribble aout being changed by your dad or older brother at the mall in front ogf your friends or hid frieds or whatever because there is NO FREEKING WAY that its even close to true. NONE! it may be your twisted fsntasy but its not what happens in real life from reading some of these stories you would think that all people do is go to the mall to be embarrassed and get changed! I cant usually find a bathroom at the malls here and when I do there is no fraternity of guys changing eachother or their brother or sister who is 14. anyway enough said think of when you were a 14-16 yr old if you wet the bed do you really think you would have let your mom see you naked to change your diaper??? or girls when you were a freshman or soph in HS would you really havre let your dad sde you naked and I mean let him look right at it naked ??anyone who thinks that there is any teenager letting there mom or dad or older brother change them at home or the mall or anywhere is smoking crack! and is way over 15 yrs old by at least 2-3 times and needs to leave before your fantasy / perversion gets into so,meones head and they actually think that there are kids who do let that happenn ...no way nothing but crack being smoked by old aged lurkers

hello ive been wetting the bed for awhile now and ive tried goodnites:they leaked, i have depends fitted briefs but im not an extreme wetter and dont need them. hi i wear nappies 24/7 i,m from birmingham uk. the doctor has told me that i,ve got to cut back my disposable nappy monthly order by 50% i,m already using cloth and plastic pants for bed now my mum said i,m going to have to wear cloth and plastic pants to school for 2 weeks of the month. using these are to bulky and all my friends will spot it

I dont know what to do about this. i have perfect bladder control when i am in my house and everywhere else but the pool. I just cant seem to make it to the bathroom. I sometimes wet the bed too. Can anyone relate to this problem? If so what is a good solution?

What do you guys wear for protection? I can't imagine being without GoodNites. They do leak a little, sometimes like when I really wet em. I'm glad they make them. cuz, cloth products aren't bad, but wearing plastic pants....NO WAY!!!! They make me feel like a baby, I would rather wet the bed than wear them.

I wet the bed ever seen I was born my mom have me wear good nite and sometimes Depons and Passtic pants and she stared give me boddls and she chages me i tell her stop but she does not lisen and she makes me wear them to school and partes for 24/7 and in gim the Boys are dey pantsing other boys PEZ help
