Hi everyoen i have never wet the bed or my self before but i jsut started to an di dont wan tmy dad to know cause he wil think i do it on purpouse but i cant help it i dont try to and if my 15 yeaqr old brother finds out he wil tell his friends i dotn know if i should buy my own diapers from the store or make them can anyone give me some info on makeing my own diaper? please help my e mail is sabashtion65@aol.com

Can someone please help me, for a while i have noticed that i always have to go to the bathroom. I am embarresed to talk to my parents about this and am afraid to go anywhere when i cant access a bathroom. I often go to the bathroom and 15-20 min later I have to go again. I really want to fix this problem privately. Is there something i can do to limit my urine production or something. My brother wets the bed and i noticed that taking bedwetting pills will allow me to go for about 1 Hr and 30 min without going to the bathroom. Is there something I can eat or drink? Like something around the house?

Ive been wetting on and off since i was about 8 or9 when my mom married my step dad. im not sure if my mom knows i still do ornot. I never wouldve thaught to check the intenet for help and advive this web site is a great thng im glad i found it ive been mentally abused by my step dad since they got married but i havepretty much overcome that now but i still wet my bed and i dont know why i am just so glad that i found this web site be cause i had no idea that there weere so many people who have simalar problems like my self . and another thing ive read some of the postings and i think that there are a couple sick individuals that enjoy this sort of thing i read the disclaimer and i am kind of offended bythe way people try to use this site as a dating service and whattnot. well my message is gettink to long so i got to go bye.

hi there my name is stacey. a couple of weeks ago i went into hospital for an operation. while in hospital i accidently wet the bed on the first night because i was nervous.in the morning i was really embarresed about what thy would say. when the nurse came she made me take a shower, while she washed and got new sheets after the shower i was taking to a room where the nurse told me i was to get changed. that night when i was putting on clean pj's the nurse took me into the same room only she put a nappy on me i asked why she said when you wet the bed in hospital you have to wear a nappy till you leave except for during the day it's the rules. that night i wet the bed again so the nurse said that i was lazy when i not. i was in hospital for 6 weeks and only had 5 dry nights now i am out i haven't wet the bed once. on the day i was leaving the nurse made me wear one on the car journey so i did and it was wet.please help with some advice thanxs

well i've just started to wet the bed the doctors say that im fit as a fiddle and yet im wearerin nappies!! i dont mind any more but its a little embarisin especialy when i first got them.my girlfriend dumpted me when she found out and now she calls me names its sucks!!!if any girls experience this i d like to know

I've wet the bed constantly all my life until last year where i kind of dried up, but I still wet occasionally. Until I was six my mom had me in diapers - pampers - and i didn't that at that age of course... but once at school when I first started some guy asked me if I wore diapers to bed, and I felt really guilty because I lied cause I was to ashamed to say yes. Later in school I had a plastic sheet on my bed... I started to get really tired because my sleep was interrupted by me being wet... sometimes even twice in one night! And i became scared that I would fall asleep in school and wet infront of my teacher and my friends! My friends never knew but I think some might have got suspicious. Once i had a buddy come round after school to play... I tried to prevent him going in my room by us playing in the lounge, but when I went up to get my remote control car he followed me up... He sat on my bed... the plastic sheet rustled like mad... and dumb me went bright red... And then!! Even worse! He noticed and said 'hey, what's this sheet for?' Still bright red i replied - 'oh it's incase I spill anydrinks on the expensive mattress!' I was soooo embarrased. Later on I went round to another friend's house... I noticed that his bed had a plastic mattress to! I thought to myself, 'I'm not the only one!!!'. I didn't want to embarrass my friend by asking him what his sheet was for like my other friend did. The most embarrassing time for me was when a friend came round and my mom had my bed sheets hanging on the line in the backyard and my friend saw!!! I went bright red again and prayed that he wouldn't ask me any questions!in high school, whenever some one had a sleep over an i was invited, i got so nervous! I wanted to go, but at the same time I had to play with the risk that I might wet... I didn't know about Goodnites at that time! I often went to sleep overs, but once there I would try and drink as little as possible and when I went to wee I would push real hard to 'empty my bladder' before I went to sleep. I needn't have bothered coz I could never sleep cause i was so scared of wetting! Once though... I did fall asleep. I was at another friends house staying the night cause mom and dad were out. I wet the bed I was sleeping on. They knew... They found out. I tried to blag it of that it was sweat cause it was a hot night. They didn't buy it.When I was on holiday in California once, we visited my best friend - like real best friend - I had been dry for a few weeks so I wasn't scared about wetting. Me and my friend decided that as it was sooo hot in the house, we would put up a tent in the back yard and sleep their... We got loads and loads of sleeping bags and covers to put on the floor to make it real soft. Then we went to bed. My sleeping bag was right next to his. I woke up in the morning... and realised I was soaked. My heart sank down. I nearly cried cause I knew that I couldn't escape from them finding out. The worse thing was that my wee had made part of my friends sack wet aswell. He was still asleep. I quickly got out of the tent and went to the bathroom to take of my wet pjs. When he woke up... I was so embarrased, I saw him carrying my wet sleeping bag into his mom!!! I could talk to him, and to try and cover it up I faked feeling ill so that it might look as if... well... as if their was a real real - understandible reason.Now I don't have the plastic sheet on... but I do wet occasionally. My parents thinked I stopped and am completely dry... I'm now to embarrased to tell them that I still wet. My matteress has got horrible stains on... it's awful... occasionally, I wear a diaper, just so i can sleep in peace. and sometimes when I wear a diaper i wake up and I'm still dry, so that is encouraging.
