hi Mandy, I wear protection day and night; when I was 5 years old I changed myself, all I had to do was to put a fresh baby -inlay pad into my snug fitting plastic panties. The night protection was a bit more complicated, but I could do that when I was 8! NOBODY HAS TOUCHED ME IN ORDER TO CHANGE ME EVER SINCE exept when I was ill.
