Hi Taylor, I don't know if this will help, but when my privates get cold I also leak, sometimes alot.I've found that wearing pull-ups under my underwear works the best during the day. They are the most discreet, and they help keep me warmer. Thankfully, its only when it gets really cold that I have to worry. The biggest thing is, you know how pee stings, it really hurts, the pull-ups eliminate that. Don't know if this helps any, but at least you know it happens to me also.
