Kevin, the best is to tell your parents and get checked out by a doctor, you might have an infection which could be treated. If you don't want to do that, at least get disposable bed sheets. They absorb the pee so you won't be wet and cold, and they are easier than washing bed sheets everyday.Good Luck.
