get the depends fitted briefs medium size if you want extra protection get the overnight ones to wear 24-7 and you will be fine do not get the perfume laden atends briefs they are also too big up the waist line and you will have your diaper showing some of the time if your shirt comes out of the pants. hope this helps you.
