Caren I think you should grow up and get over it!!!! My sister did the same thing so I have some tips for you: 1.Tell your counslor about your problem 2.try to hold it. 3.try wearing your under wear instead of dipers and try to hold it. I give up if none of this let it go let it go let it GO!!!!
