Trust me its better to wear "protective underwear" than find yourself soaked un urine. Not fun.Besides no one can tell your wearing them unless you likeget some thick brand like molicare. Goodnight might be good for you as long as its not for night time and you arent a heavy wetter. if your not a heavy wetter and they arent used during the night time they're pretty good since their thin and with a cloth like cover that makes like no noise, well im sure if you put your ear up to it, it would but otherwise, no.
