Thomas, You can purchase disposable or cloth inserts which are like mini under garments. You can get them either to insert into your shorts and they are held with a sticky type of tape or you can get disposable under garments that are either the full size or half size. You might also want to look at something like drymids shorts or boxers - www.drymids.com They use a special highly absorbant material and are simply regular under garments with high absorbancy - they are not diapers, you don't need them.
