When i was your age this happened to me too. A girl at college suggested I wear a diaper and it worked very well. I still wear a diaper all the time. Just RELAX and wear a diaper. That way you dont have to worry, it is very much more comfortable and a lot less stress and mess. The more you stress over trying to hold it in the worse it becomes.
