hi i too have just started like a week ago after i stopped i wear depends because they work. you should consider wearing the goodnites to school because there quite unlike adutl diapers they are VERY LOUD unlike goodnites and as for chaning dont mind it just do it your self keep some in your backpack NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW!!!!!! hope this helps relpy if you wanna chat at Rockout68@aol.com
