When I was 14 ½ I started getting worried I was getting bigger my body was changing and I was still wetting 2 or 3 times a week. I had always thought my little problem to just go away when I became a woman along with the other changes. I didn’t want to be wetting my bed when I grew up meet someone get married then get sent home from my honeymoon and annulled for not being fully potty trained. Sounds funny but at 14 years old I was stressing. I did some reading to get some ideas and decided to drink plenty of water before dinner so I would not get thirsty in the evening then limit my self to ½ a glass after dinner about 3 to 4 hours before bed. There were immediate results and I was only wetting 1 or 2 times a week and by end of summer when I went back to school I was dry 95% of the time. That’s about once every 3 weeks. And about a year later my problem was gone. Also in that year I discovered that what I had to drink in the evening had a lot of effect. For example if I had ice-cream watermelon coke cola my favorite root beer float or even a small cup of hot cocoa with a marshmallow I would wake up soaked.
