Having acsidents is bad enough, having to hide and feeling ashamed makes it much worse. Tell your mommy. We can feel embarrased, but our mommies love us,they want to help us, they are pleased when we trust them with our kid-problems. I felt bad when I started pooping my jammies at night, but I couldn't hide it, I would cry like a baby when it happened, I felt so helpless and confused, and then mommy comes and comforts me, she has been so kind about my acsidents. If your really too fritened to say anything, just leave your messy things in thelaundry hamper, and perhaps mommy will ask you about it.
