I think it would be a good idea if you wore a diaper on the plane just in case. But make sure its thick enough so you dont need to change it while your still in flight. Last year my mom made me wear a diaper for the same reason & I wore plastic pants over it to kind of muffle the crinkle sound. We were like halfway thru & I told mom I was wet so she put another diaper in her purse & went with me to the lavratory where I'd go in & change myself. One of the attedents saw us go down to the washroom together & she saw mom hand something (the diaper) to me & got all security conscious I guess. So she asked mom what she was giving me & mom had to show her. She was very sorry about it but I was still very embaressed that she found out I had a diaper on. So anyway, just be carefull!
