The first thing you should do ,is tell your folks.They will need to take you for a check-up ,if you've not been a wetter for awhile.Before they do that though ,they should get you some protective underwear to wear with your boxers ,to keep your sheets dry.Trust me ,its better than wet sheets.If you want to talk more ,just repsond to this and I can give you my e-mail.
