Talk to your parents. Tell them its hard and embarassing for you to be changed infront of family members. Although you are related, it can still be embarasing. Also, maybe they won't change you in fornt of everyone because you're older. Your sister is young and there was nothing unatural about changing her wide in the open. You are older and hoepfuly as a young adult they will respect your privacy.
