yes i was injured in a car wreck when i was young and am prarlyzed from the waist down and never know when i need to pee. i wear goodnites diapers and rubber underwear 24/7. i also can't walk and use a wheelchair so it is really hard to change them in public restrooms. my friends help me change them at school
