Rachel, As you dont wet the bed often try these things: 1 go to the toilet 1/2 an hour before bed then again before bed 2 dont drink too much drinks before your bed time. 3 if you have an alarm then set it for 3am and then get out of bed and go to the toilet These may help you to stop altogether but last but not least Dont worry about it it will stop eventually I was 17 when I stopped wetting the bed!
