Just makesure you have clean ones with you and change them immediately when you need to! And if they are good friends they wont care you wet the bed! Also if your sleeping in a sleeping bag just take a plastic bag with you and a couple of new drynites and put them in your sleeping bag. then when you need to change you can easily do it in the secrecy of your sleeping bag!
