Hi Cait. I am really sorry to hear about your problem. I have daytime accidents too so I know how embarrassing a problem it is. So far, I have managed to stay out of day diapers because I just couldn't face that. I used to do dancing classes too and a diaper would be very obvious. My best idea is to try to prove that your bladder is stronger by having a dry diaper in the day. I have manage to stop accidents for a while when my mom has wanted me to stop wearing panties.
