First of all why do the doctors think your wetting is caused by post-traumatic stress? Do you recall any traumatic incidents that might have occurred shortly before the wetting began? If that is the cause then some type of psychological counseling to deal with the stress might be the best way to get rid of the wetting. Bedwetting that begins suddenly during puberty and adolescence is more common than you would think and is often caused by your bladder not keeping up with growth spurts in the rest of your body. It will eventually catch up and the wetting will stop. Whatever the cause, you should use protection at night until it stops.
