u can wear swiming trunks over your wearing diapers and swiming diapers r only for pooping nothing works for weting in the pool i wear the swiming diaper under my swim suit just make sure the suit is biger than the swiming diaper and make sure the ties are tight on both the swiming diaper and the swiming suit
