hi there i dnt acually wet the bed but my little brother does he's only 9 but im helpin him on the website but any way in gym/p.e you could got to the oilet/bathroom and get changed. If you get your parents to write a letter to your teacher expalinig that you need to go to the bathroom to get changed im sure you will be allowed good luck .
