Tampons can hurt you but very rarly i wear them all the time and my fiend has scince she was 8! and they dont hurt inless you dont put them in right but i sugjest you use them there actuly the beter way to go i think i hate pads and with the diperi think that owuld be quietr uncmfortable ask your mom or the school nurse how to use a tampon then have your mom or dad get some
