i was just wondering are u not able to get the blue nappies that the N.H.S give out to people with your difficulities i work with people with learning disabilities and they get them i suggest that u speak to ur G.P about it as they do pads which arent as big and bulky so u can get a good nights sleep Hope this is ok Michelle age 23
