Patrick, Let's see if we can sort out your problem. You have a small bladder and wear diapers, at least some of the time. I have a niece with a small bladder and she had frequent accidents at school. That problem was solved by telling the principal and her teachers about her condition and she then had permission to go to the bathroom any time she needed to. If you wet your pants 2-4 times a week, then there are some days that you don't, and maybe just being able to go to the bathroom whenever you need to will help. Get your parents to talk to the teachers about that. You said you wet your "undies" and it drenched your pants. Was that a diaper or regular underwear. If you really do need diapers you should wear them all the time, but you should use a pull-up style so you can still use the bathroom when you can. If they leak, then you either need better diapers or you need to change more often. You really shouldn't need the nurse to check your pants, at age 13 you should know if you are wet or not but you might need some help changing. Lots of kids with a small bladder outgrow that condition during adolescence when their bodies change from a child to an adult. My niece did and hopefully you will too.
