The problem you describe isn't uncommon in older men but is not common in males your age. It is similar to having water trapped in a water hose once the faucet is turned off and then dribbling out if the hose is raised or lowered so the trapped water can escape. The male urethra can develop low spots where pee settles after you finish peeing. Then, as you sit, stand, walk, etc, these low spots are pulled and stretched so the pee can make its way outside. It usually isn’t much, but enough to make a visible wet spot on your pants. You might try to drain your urethra each time you pee by doing this: when you finish peeing place your finger just behind your scrotum and press upward. This should cause any low spot in your urethra to be lifted up enough for the pee to run out. If that doesn’t work you might try one of the male pads that are inserted in your underwear so at least you won’t have any wet spots on your pants. By the way, if you started bedwetting last July, even if it’s only once every week or two, you should see a doctor to see what might be causing it. You should mention your problem with dribbling after peeing as well.
