Hi, I understand your problem,and karens comment about briefs is right.I poo in my pants most days.I wear tanga style panties with plastic or rubber panties over them.I have clean panties in my bag and change when neccesary.I carry a zip closing plastic bag as well and put the dirty pants in this.
